“If I can do it, you can too!”

Ellen Kellner has experienced how powerful the Pro-Child approach to divorce can be.  Twice.  Because of this mindful approach, her two daughters are blessed to have a mom and a dad that are loving resulting in an extended network of relatives and friends who love them and add smiles to their lives.

As a modern day mom Ellen has been there and experienced it.  Her “tell-it-like-it-is” style is not steered by research studies or academic learning, but by a hands on approach, taking the time to figure it out and tapping into the universal truths of love.  It was her daughters’ smiles that inspired her to craft The Pro Child WaySM: Parenting with an Ex

Ellen’s Pro-Child message and techniques have been seen in print, on the web, and heard on radio and discussed in personal and group workshop sessions.  As an Expert with the National Association of Divorce for Women and Children and a contributor for “The Single Again! Now What?” blog, she inspires other divorced parents to nurture their child’s spirit through divorce.  With the launch of her new book, The Pro Child WaySM: Parenting with an Ex, Ellen shares her Pro-Child tactics with parents who are looking for a conscientious method to divorced parenting.  A graduate of The American University, Ellen continues to study, learn, and broaden her awareness about our greater spiritual existence and how that applies to all of our relationships, including the relationship with an ex and fostering what a child needs - love, patience, kindness, consistency, and consideration.  She is excited to have received her 1st degree Reiki, along with her older daughter who is ready to pass on the healing energy to others, including the family pets!

How are you parenting after divorce?
“I’m actively choosing a new way of thinking. A thinking that listens more to my heart than to the divorced chatter in my mind. When you take time to be still and consider your child, you’ll remember that good parenting skills are absolute and not corrupted by marital status. A child needs love, time, structure, consideration, respect, and discipline. A good parent strives to provide these things and more. I am a parent. A parent who handles divorced parenting situations. And in this mindful world of parenting with an ex, I am choosing the Pro-Child Way. If I can do it, so can you… If I can do it, YOU CAN TOO!” - Ellen
